Delivery fees are paid by the customer, not the restaurant. When a customer places an order, they pay a delivery fee that goes directly to the driver. The restaurant receives 100% of the order value — no commission is deducted from your earnings.
No. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. All menu updates, content changes, and ongoing management are included in your tier.
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Many restaurants start with Core Ordering Partner and upgrade to Complete Digital Storefront or Growth Partner Suite as they see the results.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. A payment processing fee of 5% of the order total (including tax and delivery fee for delivery orders) applies to orders paid online. This covers payment processing only — Dine Local takes no commission on the order value. For pickup orders, restaurants can optionally accept payment in person instead of requiring online payment.
